I am a Hardy Middle School Special Education teacher with the District of Columbia Public Schools. I am honored and privileged to be a part of one of the most dynamic Special Education teams I have had the affordance to work with. I have fostered students’ learning in Fairfax County Public Schools, where I served as a special education teacher who taught self-contained classes. I earned my AS (Administration of Justice) and a certificate in Legal Studies from Northern Virginia Community College. I earned a BS (Administration of Justice) from George Mason University and MS in Education focusing on Integrating Technology in Schools. I also earned an MS in Education with a specialized focus on Special Education and General Studies from Cambridge College in Massachusetts. My favorite pastime is playing video games and spending quality time with my children, grandchildren, husband, and best friend Gregory, along with my Jack Russel Terrier, Mikey.
